The History of the Construction Process

Phase I

BeachEM's New Home #108 Production Road - Corner Suites Before our wall was built

The first stage of preparing the new facility was to seal the walls at the floor.  Then the wiring began for overhead lights, the security system, the wall outlets, and light switches.

Phase II

The Framing of BeachEM's facility was completed.  The material used meets and exceeds building standards for Industrial Code.  Note:  All studs and ceiling joists are 14 gauge aluminum.  All plywood for the flooring is fire-rated.
